Education
I graduated in 1976 from Oregon State University in Zoology. After a year off I was accepted to the pharmacy program and graduated with a BS in pharmacy in 1981. I did my internship at Providence Hospital South in Milwaukee Oregon finishing in 1982. I applied for my boards in California and passed in 1982. I also applied to take the board exam in Hawaii and passed in 1982 as well. I am currently boarded in California and Hawaii.
Experience
I first worked in Hawaii at Clinic Pharmacy located in Chock Pang Clinic for 11 years. During that time I also worked at Kaiser Moanalua Hospital as an inpatient pharmacist on call averaging 800 hours yearly. In 1992 I was offered the opportunity to move to Kauai to open a home infusion company, Hawaii Home Infusion. In the following years I was able to open a location on Guam, three community pharmacies on Kauai and partner in opening Malama Compounding Pharmacy in Kona on the big island.
My passions are my beautiful family wife and daughters. In my spare time I love to hunt deer and elk and enjoy the great outdoors.
