What type of testing do you have?
- We offer RT-PCR COVID-19 Tests

How long does it take to get my results?
- On average it takes about 4-12 hours for results to be sent out after you are tested.

Can your COVID-19 test be used for travel purposes?
- Testing is only available to United States residents. We are unable to test international travelers. If a United States resident, it depends on where you are traveling to – you will need to verify with the location you are traveling to determine if the test we provide is an accepted test for their travel rules. Not all travel locations accept all COVID-19 tests, make sure to verify if our test will be accepted before using our test for travel.

If am able to use this test for travel how early should I test?
- That also depends on the rules of where you are traveling to. Keep in mind that if you receive “INVALID” results you will need to retest

What does “INVALID” results mean?
- The sample collected could not be read by the machine and it could not be determined whether you have COVID-19 in your sample. In the case that you get an “INVALID” result you will need to be retested

How do I get my results?
- When your results are ready, you will receive and email at the email address that you used to register for testing. There will be 2 emails:
- The first email will contain series of numbers and letters called a token
- The second email will contain a link to enter the token to view your results
- Once you get both emails click the link in the second email and enter in the token number from the first email to view your results

Once my results are ready, can my results be sent or printed?
- Once you are able to view your results, it will come up as a PDF file. This file can be saved, printed, or anything else you may need to use the PDF file for your results

Do I need to make an appointment every time I want to be tested?
- Yes, with the new system change appointments are required for every time that you test even if you have tested with us in the past.

Do you accept walk-ins?
- No. Due to changes in the system every person testing, whether it be your first time, or your 10th time testing, an appointment is now required for each time that you want and/or need to be tested.

What do I do when I arrive to the pharmacy for my test?
- All testing appointments have been moved to the back parking lot behind Target near the recycling bins. Do not block the recycling bins when waiting for testing. Stay in your car and join the line to be tested and we will get to you as soon as we are able to.

What are your hours for COVID-19 testing?
- 7 days a week starting at 9 am. Last test appointment is at 4:30 pm. Those arriving after 4:30 pm may not be tested and will have to come back the next day for testing.

Do I need to register before testing?
- Yes, every person needs to have an appointment every time they need to be tested

Can I use the same account to register multiple people?
- Yes, you can create one account and make appointments for those in your immediate family using your account. Each person that is testing must be registered and have an appointment to be tested.
